Amanda is a graceful effervescent dancer who spent her childhood studying ballet and jazz. She found her passion for belly dancing in 2005 as a member of the Utah State University Middle Eastern Dance club, which is now Shimmering Sands Belly dance. Amanda performed in their intermediate troupe, Zivah, for two years before joining Shazadi a nationally recognized professional dance company. After three years with Shazadi Amanda relocated to Salt Lake City where she has become one of the Hathor Dance Collective’s most recent additions. Amanda’s extensive knowledge of many dance forms makes her a huge asset to Hathor’s dance company.
